center3 has reached a significant milestone by completing the acquisition of 100% of CMC Networks Mauritius and 49% of CMC Networks South Africa.

This us a significant advancement in center3's pursuit to broaden its market presence and enhance its portfolio in dynamic and rapidly growing regions.

CMC Networks operates its data communication network across more than 110 service locations. It has the largest pan-African network servicing 51 out of 54 countries in Africa and 12 countries in the Middle East.
